Paying for your mat

You can buy most of our mat products online. These can be purchased and paid for in the same transaction by debit or credit card and will be with you in 3-5 working days. Alternatively you can call one of our sales advisors on 0161 408 1135 and place an order with them. You can then also pay by debit or credit card or send a cheque to us. Unfortunately we cannot release your mat until we have received your cheque and it has cleared. For our bespoke mats you will have to call our sales advisors to receive a detailed quote. If you wish to proceed with the quote we offer the same payment details over the phone.

Delivery schedule

We like to give you a delivery date that is realistic although we will always strive to get them to you faster. If you order our products online, your mat will be with you between 3-5 working days of payment. If you want one of our online products but would like to pay by cheque then you can call one of our sales advisors on 0161 408 1135 and make arrangements to send payment to us. Unfortunately we will not to send your mat until the cheque has cleared with us so expect to add approximately 5 days onto production time.

For all our bespoke products we leave 2-3 weeks time to get your mats produced. This is again dependant on receipt of payment. We also offer a quick turnaround service where we can produce your bespoke mats within 3 days, however this will incur an extra charge. Call one of our sales advisors for more information.

Artwork and design

At evolution mats we have a design team who are more that capable of reproducing any graphic work that you require on your mat. It would be easier for our design team if you have any logo or artwork in electronic format but if not other arrangements can easily be made. With each mat there will be a small artwork charge, however this is a one off charge. Whether you purchase 1 mat or 1000 mats you only pay once. And if you ever want a repeat order, there’s no need to pay it again.
